Our office is now offering an in office dental plan for people that don’t have insurance.
Policy provides cleanings exams and x-rays for one year with 10% off all restorative work done in that year.
We have three policy choices that fit your individual needs.
This plan will run on a benefit year (12 months from the date you sign up) Example March to February.
With us providing this great service to you, we expect you to do your part.
We require a 48hr notice for cancellation. If no notice is made, this will count as one of your cleanings. All restorative work must be paid at time of service.
This cost is non-refundable.
