"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wu Family Dentistry for a few years, now. I have always found all the staff to be caring & helpful. I personally required major reconstructive treatment that lasted over several months. To say the least I was apprehensive at the thought of all the work that was needed to repair my teeth. I must say the experience turned out to be far more pleasurable than I could have ever imagined. Additionally, when my husband finally came to the realization that something just had to be done about his long-neglected and delayed dental care, when he managed to break a number of his teeth. My husband required extensive treatment. This involved not only Dr. Wu, but just about the entire staff, at one point or another. He is extremely claustrophobic, because of this he can not tolerate long periods with someone working close to him without a really bad reaction. The whole staff was instrumental in keeping him calm and collected through his treatment. We were always well informed about every step of the process, from consultation, through planning, treatment, costs, payment options, etc. “Painless” dentistry involves more than just what takes place inside one’s mouth. The responsiveness of the staff is not limited to the time we spend at their office, but includes telephone responses when it is necessary to call there for any reason. Dr. Wu is really an artist. He gave me my smile back. I would recommend Dr. Wu and his staff without reservation."
